These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all bookings and purchases of services, digital materials, and physical templates provided by ledgerlane through ledgerlane.site. By engaging with our offerings, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Description of Services

ledgerlane provides remote bookkeeping support designed for very small businesses. Our support may include review and maintenance of accounting records, reconciliation of transaction logs, and guidance on record keeping best practices.

2. Digital Materials

ledgerlane offers digital materials such as templates, guides, and tutorials delivered through electronic download. You must have compatible hardware and software to access these materials.

3. Physical Templates

ledgerlane may offer printed ledger templates and guides shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout.

4. Fees and Payment

All fees are listed in the local currency and are due in full at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through third-party services. You agree to provide accurate payment details.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Remote Bookkeeping Service

You may cancel a scheduled service appointment up to 48 hours before the session to receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the appointment or after a session has begun, no refund will be issued. Instead, you may transfer the remaining session time to another date within a three-month window.

5.2 Digital Materials

Due to the electronic nature of digital materials, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed, unless the content is defective. If you experience access issues or receive corrupted files, contact us using the contact form within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

5.3 Physical Templates

You have 30 days from the shipping date to ship back any unused printed templates. Products must be in original condition. Upon receipt, ledgerlane will issue a full refund for the product cost. You are responsible for shipping fees when sending items back.

6. Modifications to Services

ledgerlane reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offering at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ledgerlane is not liable for indirect or special damages arising from use of our support or materials.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The revised version will be effective as of the date posted on ledgerlane.site.
